It raises important questions for Canada, for the aims of refugee policy, and for what could be a fitting tribute to a person whose life ended. I have for a long time said that concerns about supposedly fake refugees who were simply trying to cheat there way into Canada were overblown, but even more then that, I've wondered about how much of a chance one people will want to take with another's life.
