Plagiarism: University of Waterlook

Here is a new story I ran across today:

I wonder if there is some ground to compare what happened to Margaret Wente and this professor in question in this news story. I will say, I am glad to see that Waterloo had taken action and the action they have taken -- if this is a first offense -- strikes me as legitimate.
